OUR JOURNEY

It all started with an episode of Man vs Food *, an amazing experience at an iconic restaurant, and the quest to recreate that experience at home.

We must have tried every shrimp and crawfish restaurant in town and failed to find that amazing flavor we had experienced.  So, we went to work. And we worked and worked, and we finally came up with "The Original Hot and Saucy".   We have been making it for friends and family for years in our backyard boils, and decided it was time to share it with the rest of the world.

We make our finishing sauce in small batches to ensure that it is of the highest quality. 

It has been crafted to make it simple and easy for you to create the same robust VietCajun flavor each and every time.

Just add The Original Hot and Saucy finishing mix to your butter* and garlic.

* You may use margarine instead of butter
